I work there and in my opinion we are one of the best shops in the area to bring your vehicle for repair.
Obviously a local business doing a good job, wanting to maintain a good reputation near and far. This was my only experience at Fonzarelli's collision and auto repair but I highly recommend them.

Had my car fixed here after a collision. After getting the vehicle back there was water leaking into the car soaking the driver's side floor causing an awful odor and mildew. When I called Fonzarelli's I was first told that it could not possibly have been from anything they did or did not do. After convincing them that it was they took the car back giving me no indication of the problem, when they were going to look at it, or how long it would be. An hour later I was called that "the car is fixed". I needed to ask what the issue was and he simply told me that something wasn't tightened when they replaced the hood release. He did not apologize once. When I came in to pick the car up the man did not say a single word to me and simply held my key out. An apology would have gone a long way. Mistakes happen but when you run a business it is important to apologize to the customer when you make a mistake to their detriment and not make them feel like they are putting you out when it is your fault there is a problem.

I didn't know it at the time but my battery had completely shorted out. I literally coasted into their parking lot. I was not local to the area and stranded. They had every opportunity to take advantage of my situation to make an extra buck. It has happened to me before and I figured it was going to happen again. But, these guys really help me out. They diagnose the problem, found and ordered an inexpensive replacement battery, and got me back on the road.
