The ladies at Enterprise in Augusta, NJ are fabulous. Valerie helped with booking my car and made sure I received the best deal. I called and extended my booking with no trouble at all. I definitely will be making my next rental through Enterprise in Augusta.

Every time I have rented or dropped off at car at this locations I have always had a great experience. Always easy to work with and friendly.
They charged me for the day I dropped the rental off at 7:30am, right as they opened... so I'm being charged $40 for a day that I can't use the car... when I said I'd pick it up again since I'm being charged they told me I couldn't... horrible service, I'll never use them again... assistant manager was no help...
I just got off with the Enterprise Call Center for Reservations and was treated so rudely by a call center representative who refused to be patient with me. My car just broke down and I was trying to secure a rental car. I repeatedly asked for her name and was not given any identification. I kept politely telling her respectfully that it would be helpful if she changed her tone of voice with me and she refused to acknowledge her treatment toward me. It makes me sad that workers can lose patience so quickly with others trying to get information during difficult and trying times. Enterprise, please work with you call center representatives so we can feel heard and respected when we are unsure of how to answer their questions. Please note that this has nothing to do with the actual Augusta center and their staff! I have not used them and don't want this review to negatively affect them. This has to do with the call center only. In case you want to track down your disgruntled employee, I placed the call on Monday, May 22nd at 2:00 pm. (I placed a second call at 2:11 pm and she was very polite and helpful)
